Our adorable Ruffle Skirt is made of super soft pure cotton, and it has a wide cotton/spandex waistband, which flattens the tummy and holds it in.  Wear the waistband up high, to flatten your tummy or fold it over to wear lower on your hips.  Either way you can use the waistband to adjust the overall length of the skirt, which is great for those who find getting the right skirt length difficult.
